There are many people involved in RFx, but not everyone should be allowed to do everything. With the help of 'role management' you can create specific logins for your suppliers and observer-accounts within negPOINT. This gives designated people an insight into the current events in the system and lets them see what offers have just been placed by the various suppliers.

And with this control, you can be certain that no one inadvertently changes any settings.
