RFxs involve many players, but not all of them should have the ability to modify everything. With negPOINT’s role management tool, you can create watcher-accounts in addition to logins for your suppliers. This will enable employees to gain insight to the current activities of the system and see which offers their suppliers have submitted. This tool also allows you to restrict what certain players can do—ensuring your settings aren’t changed unintentionally.
